Tosi Law, LLP ([please apply online] a fast-growing personal injury law firm specializing in recovering on behalf of victims harmed by harmful drugs and medical devices, is looking to hire two superstar Intake Specialists.

We serve a broad spectrum of injured clients who have often been victimized by large pharmaceutical companies who care only for their bottom line. We are passionate about helping as many injured victims as we can and bringing about change to an industry that for too long has taken advantage of the helpless.

We are our advocates for our clients. We are often their last resort to get the help they so desperately need.

This Intake Specialist will be directly involved with the pre-screening of our potential clients' cases. For those who fit the pre-screening criteria, you will then be responsible for having this client engage us in their representation.

What you will do:

• You will start by receiving training on our case management software platform.
• You will receive training in the various types of litigation we pursue.
• You will receive active and ongoing training and coaching on the intake process.
• You will receive inbound calls and make outbound calls regarding our representation of potential clients.
• You will build rapport and trust with our potential clients.
• For those who fit our criteria of representation, you will be responsible for obtaining a signature on our retainer agreements.
• You will be rewarded for the work you do.

Compensation:

• Better than competitive.
