United Land Services is hiring an Account Manager for the Landscape Maintenance division. This position is full-time in Jacksonville, FL.

The Account Manager serves as the main point of contact for the branch, working as a subject matter expert with all things tied to Customer Relations, Quality Control, Maintenance Safety Procedures, Ancillary Sales, and Budget Adherence.

United Land Services​ (ULS), a member of the Centre Partners portfolio of companies, is a full-service landscaping company that offers an all-inclusive suite of commercial landscape installation and maintenance services, including but not limited to landscape design and maintenance, irrigation systems, hardscapes, and outdoor lighting.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Horticulture, Field Management or closely related field and a minimum of five years relevant experience required. Prior Landscape or Construction Industry experience preferred.
• Must have a current state driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Proven track record in managing a portfolio of accounts in excess of $1.5M in annual revenue.
• Excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing.
• Excellent listening skills using patience and empathy.
• Must possess excellent time-management skills and be able to multitask.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with a displayed emphasis on Excel.
• Ability to work collaboratively to enhance ULS’s reputation for excellence through best practices, reviews, accountability for performance, and continuous improvement.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
