Are you looking for a stable call center role with fast career advancement?

We are looking to onboard call center representatives to assist inbound callers. The calls will be around helping people with their medicare products and services. We offer a work environment that cares about its employees and lots of overtime. No cold calling or sales is involved! The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of customer service or call center experience.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to inbound callers.
• Answer general questions around products and services.
• Update customer passwords and account information.
• Respond swiftly and courteously to all customer inquiries.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of customer service or call center experience.
• Must be able to pass background check.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Must be willing to work onsite.
• Must be open to a flexible schedule.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.50 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Overland Park, KS: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Call center: 1 year (Preferred)
• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
