ARS-Rescue Rooter® is one of the fastest-growing leaders in residential Air Conditioning, Heating, Plumbing and Indoor Air Quality services. We are searching for Digital Lead Coordinators to join our Digital Team.

Salary Expectations: - $16 - $18 per hour + Commission

Full Time - **Weekends Required**

Various (8-hour) shifts beginning at 12:30pm or after

Hybrid Remote available after 90 days!!

The perfect candidate will have experience in Sales, Lead Generation, Customer Service or setting appointments. We are looking for individuals that have the willingness to learn and have a great attitude. Bi-lingual candidates preferred!

You will be focused on booking leads using various digital sites. Your main responsibility will be calling the leads and scheduling appointments for our sales professionals.

Job Description:

• Outbound dial to contact all hot/warm sales leads received through Digital platforms
• Book/schedule sales appointment for our in-field sales professionals
• This position consists of heavy phone volume, computer work and requires high level of computer literacy
• Meet and exceed expected sales targets. Your success is the company’s success!

Requirements:

• Prior Inside Sales experience, preference given to those with experience booking sales calls and generating sales leads.
• Ability to work all days in outlined schedule listed above.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Strong understanding of Internet technology
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
• Must be able to pass background and drug screen
