Job Description: Sales Manager for TCA adidas (NCAA/Military/High School)
Job Title: Sales Manager
Reports to: Director of Sales
Job Location: On-Site (Not a Remote Position)

As the Sales Manager, you will work closely with the Director of Sales to ensure consistent growth of the

TCA adidas NCAA/High School/Military sales business through direct and close communication with collegiate bookstores, institution licensing/athletic departments, high schools and key accounts.

Responsibilities include but not limited to the following.

Responsibilities:

• Increase adidas collegiate apparel sales sold through the collegiate/high school/military channel and all associated retail outlets
• Manage independent sales representatives to maximize sales and profitability
• Work directly with TCA’s sales, art, and operations team to drive sales of all TCA product
• Increase sales by implementing market strategy and direction initiated by Sales Director and utilizing tools provided by TCA
• Generate sales by introducing solutions that meet the customer’s need as well as positioning

TCA for success

• Create cross-functional relationships with finance, supply chain, planning, sales, and all ops teams
• Plan, implement and attend key retailers programs and events
• Attend national and regional tradeshows
• Train and assist reps on new product roll out (seasonal apparel assortments)
• Deep understanding of Collegiate market and Collegiate athletics and team sport calendar

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years sales experience
• Background in collegiate/pro sports/high school/military sales channel a plus
• Understanding of licensing and royalties
• A self-motivated, high-energy individual, with a strong sense of urgency and “get-it-done” attitude
• Solid understanding and experience managing outside reps
• Experience in a similar segment or industry
• Willingness to travel multiple times a month to visit universities and or key accounts
• Ability to organize, prioritize and work cross-functionally
• Excellent interpersonal skills - proficient in both written and verbal communications
• Experienced in Microsoft Office Suite; including Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint
• Market and industry knowledge in the sports/sporting goods space

TRIFORM CUSTOM APPAREL (TCA): WHO WE ARE

Triform Custom Apparel (TCA) is the apparel licensee for adidas in the collegiate, high school and military channels of distribution. Our home office is in Overland Park, KS, (25 minutes SW of Kansas City) but we also have a network of independent sales representatives across the U.S. TCA’s business model is built on our ability to service a large numbers of different customers with quick turnaround times and small minimum orders. We can service orders ranging in size from 12 decorated pieces to over 100 decorated pieces. We have the ability to do all of this as we stock blank adidas styles in our warehouse located in Grandview, MO (25 minutes SE of our office) where we can decorate product and ship out to customers.
