Job Title: Account Manager, Client Services

Department/Team: Client Services

Reports To: Director of Client Services

What You’ll Do:

  • You’ll have a primary focus on delivering first-class service to our clients, while also being involved in project planning & production and pursuing organic opportunities.

Client Services Responsibilities:

  • Utilize creativity and strategic thinking to become a trusted resource for existing clients, building strong relationships, and providing consulting support in developing and delivering experiences.
  • Support management of scope of services agreements, including deliverables and budgets for core clients.
  • Work alongside cross-functional internal resource teams in the development of programs addressing client’s needs and objectives.
  • Support finding areas of opportunity within each existing client for BeCore to grow our business with them organically.
  • Actively oversee program budgets to ensure competitive pricing and maximize profitability

Account Management Responsibilities:

  • Manage communication with the client through the course of a project, building relationships along the way to ensure client expectations are met/exceeded and to encourage growth of business.
  • Manage top-level communication with clients regarding contracting, budgets, payment schedules, timelines, etc.
  • Actively support planning and delivery of high-priority event activations as needed both for existing clients as well as one-off projects, including items such as: budget management, sourcing and contracting of vendors and venues, collaborating with team members, overseeing on-site delivery, etc.
  • Recruit, hire, manage and mentor field marketing staff within program-specific markets
  • Develop and execute comprehensive training plans and performance documents for field marketing staff
  • Motivate field teams to achieve marketing objectives; to include implementation of incentives for exceeding goals
  • Implement and manage detailed production timelines and operational plans to execute a project meeting all client expectations (creative intent, KPIs, metrics, etc.).
  • Create or oversee the creation of client facing documents including but not limited to: approval decks/documents, meeting agendas, meeting recaps, run of shows.

  • You’ve identified organic growth opportunities within our clients.
  • You’ve successfully managed our campaign’s objective within budget & timeline
  • You’ve effectively worked with Creative, Production and Operations to ensure we’re exceeding our clients’ expectations.

What We’re Looking For In You:

  • 4-6 years of experience in Experiential Marketing, Brand Management or relevant industry in a client servicing and accounts management role
  • Strategic thinker with an ability to develop creative ideas to solve business challenges
  • Experience working across multiple marketing channels, ideally including; experiential marketing, digital, social, AR/VR, influencer, content and partnerships
  • Marketing experience within age-restricted categories is a plus
  • Savvy relationship builder
  • Proven ability building consensus and working effectively with cross-functional resources in developing impactful programs.
  • Talented presenter with the ability to capture an audience’s attention
  • Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communicator
  • Strong project management skills
  • Hands-on Manager and isn't afraid to roll-up their sleeves and get the job done
  • The ability to bring positive energy to a vibrant culture
  • A high level of organization with extreme attention to detail
  • The ability to multi-task, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment
