Full description of the position

Window/Door Contractor is seeking a professional the window and door industry to serve as Sales Director.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
  • Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
  • Hold sales meetings to train sales reps and give them guidance on new products
  • Develop and maintain relationships with purchasing contacts

Qualifications:

  • Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Experience with Lead Perfection and Buildertrend is a plus
  • Valid Driver’s License

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $150,000.00 per year
