Full description of the position

General Hotels Corporation is seeking a candidate for the position of Reservations Sales Agent. This position is a full time, hourly position that reports to the Corporate Reservations Manager. We are looking for a focused and enthusiastic, hospitality professional, to provide finalization of reservations for multiple hotels and brands for the hours of 8am to 7pm Monday through Friday and 9am to 6pm Saturdays with Sundays off. This is NOT a remote position and you will be required to be in the Indianapolis office.

REQUIREMENTS
  • (1) to (2) year(s) related work experience in call center or customer service
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, DOS Base Systems, Holidex and Marsha
  • Working knowledge of Choice Advantage systems
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Organized team player with the ability to work within tight and changing deadlines
  • Rotation into a Saturday Office Coverage schedule every 1 to 2 weeks from 9am to 6pm
