Alana is seeking an experienced Territory Sales Manager in the Knoxville area! We are an innovative health solutions company providing high-touch support and education for people living with chronic diseases. Our programs are focused on improving member quality of life, reducing hospital utilization, and preventing the overall escalation of chronic diseases.
Job Summary
The primary purpose of the Territory Sales Manager is to utilize a consultative sales approach to promote Alana Healthcare's products and services to physicians and other medical professionals within an assigned geographic area. Goals will include driving both new growth and growth from existing customer base in selling the Alana Healthcare suite of products and services including monitoring and professional services.
Essential Duties
- Conduct daily sales calls to high potential case managers, doctors and other sales targets in assigned areas
- Professionally represent Alana Healthcare in the field to ensure high levels of visibility and customer satisfaction
- Achieve sales goals assigned to the territory on a monthly and annual basis
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers across multiple settings
- Maintain effective communication with key external and internal customers
- Meet all established company standards with respect to sales tactics, product knowledge, account and territory penetration and competitive intelligence
- Maintain extensive knowledge of managed services
- Ensure solid performance levels of calls and field productivity.
- Meet call plan expectations and achieve territory sales goals while adhering to ethical practices

Requirements:Minimum Requirements:
Four-year college degree
Preferred Skills and Experience
Two years of Respiratory or DME sales or healthcare sales experience
Respiratory Therapist license preferred but not required
Currently calling on pulmonology professionals a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
