Our medical spas offer aesthetics services, facials, sexual wellness, weight loss and nutrition counseling, hormone replacement therapy, and vitamin IV Therapy. We want to employ the very best professionals to offer the best service in the industry. At Liquivida, we love when our patients look and feel their best from the inside out, so we design anti-aging programs that include all lifestyles using a holistic approach to wellness.

Job Summary:

Owns the sales process and connects with patients who genuinely want a healthier lifestyle, but need guidance and support in our busy and stressful world. They are expected to be knowledgeable and have a professional demeanor, while exuding a winning attitude. This is how they turn prospects into raving Liquivida fans. Sales people are required to be tech savvy and use our CRM systems to nurture our client base by following up on leads and customers in a way that influences retention for the wellness center. Team members in this role must promote and embody a healthy lifestyle in order to attract people who wish to make a transformation for themselves. In order to win new business, wellness coordinators also collaborate well with other medical professionals and vendors to Get the Job Done with Service.

What we are looking for:

  • Sales and Customer Experience
  • Build and maintain a loyal client base, retaining client loyalty by providing patients with personalized service.
  • Facilitate the brand’s high standards of client experience, communicating the brand’s aesthetic.
  • Meets individual sales plans, contributing to the overall store sales plan.
  • Monitors all details of a sale; including service, follow up, and special requests to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Accurately completes all necessary paperwork to support sales activities in a manner consistent with quality control guidelines, including but not limited to the following: dispositioning, entering sales orders, and reporting on sales.
  • Effectively solve problems by analyzing information, utilizing consumer trends and customer insights to guide decision making and influence others to act.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrates excellent communication skills both with clients and the team.
  • Answer customers' questions about products, prices, availability, and product use.
  • Evaluate market trends and recommend products to customers, based on business needs and goals.
  • Develop new business, penetrate existing accounts, and minimize lost business to achieve profitable sales growth and special objectives within assigned territory.
  • Building Trust, Building Customer Loyalty, Follow-Up, Sales Ability/ Persuasiveness, Managing professional relationships and work, and adaptability.
  • Review and make recommendations to modify wellness programs that maximize business efficiencies for all sales calls.
  • Engage in forward selling via consultative sales techniques using provided data sources, technology, processes and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of sales experience in a high end contemporary or luxury fashion environment.
  • Energetic, confident personality mixed with a strong work ethic.
  • Open and close sales process
  • Being Bi-Lingual is a plus but not necessary
  • Must be self-motivated, yet open to coaching
  • High energy and a passion for success is key
  • Must have a high attention to detail
  • Bachelor’s degree- Hospitality, Management, Sales, Communication or 2 years experience in Sales
  • Experience with HubSpot is a plus
