COMMERCIAL ROOFING ESTIMATOR & SALES PROFESSIONAL

GPAC is a national Executive Search firm for the nation's premier Commercial Roofing professionals. GPAC has been retained by a confidential client to conduct a search for the position of Commercial Roofing Estimator and Sales professional.

Commercial Sales Rep & Roofing Estimator

The incumbent Estimator/Salesperson will become an essential team player, in the designing and building of highly complicated and specialized roofs. The Estimator/Salesperson will need strong aptitude for sales, as well as a willingness to work hard, will ensure the incumbent becomes a key factor in our organization.

commercial Sales Rep & Roofing Estimator Role/Responsibilities:

Sell work at specified sales margins and markup cost, obtain sales goals outlined by management, ensure that all work sold brings value to the client, sell work at specified sales margins and markup cost, obtain sales goals outlined by management,
Ensure that all work sold brings value to the client, maintain required information in sales database necessary to prepare ongoing call reporting and provide documentation of tasks, calls, meetings, emails, etc. performed related to current and potential clients, develop and maintain solid industry relationships, prepare detailed job estimate package which includes a full written description of the job including detailed roof map, photographs, measurements, the location of penetrations, core cuts, and other pertinent information necessary to develop an accurate cost estimate, information must be adequate to support the estimating -process and information required by other divisions to provide project support, all commitments to current or potential customers must be made in writing and filed accordingly, Maintain required information in sales database necessary to prepare ongoing call reporting and provide documentation of tasks, calls, meetings, emails, etc. performed related to current and potential clients, develop and maintain solid industry relationships, repare detailed job estimate package which includes a full written description of the job including detailed roof map, photographs, measurements, the location of penetrations, core cuts, and other pertinent information necessary to develop an accurate cost estimate, information must be adequate to support the estimating -process and information required by other divisions to provide project support

Commercial Sales Rep & Roofing Estimator knowledge and Skills Required:

Minimum 3+ years’ experience in roofing sales, estimating & project management

Excellent, communication skills; listening, comprehension, and feedback.

All roofing systems

Ability to carry and climb ladders, confidence on the rooftop, ability to take roof samples (cores) and thoroughly document roof conditions, measurements, etc

Proven sales success track record

Must be a highly motivated salesperson

Previous experience with Commercial insurance claims

Base salary + uncapped commission + car allowance + Medical Insurance paid 100% for employee, and + PTO
