Residential HVAC Sales Representative

A Typical Day;

A typical day in the life of a Central Carolina HVAC Sales Representative includes:

· Meeting with current and potential customers to develop equipment solutions to meet their needs

· Presenting company products and services and customer equipment options

· Quoting and selling HVAC equipment, following up on quotes and building customer relationships

· Promoting Central Carolina products and services to prospects and customer

· Professionally communicating with team members, customers, and vendors

· Completing required documentation to ensure successful turnover of sold jobs

Job Requirements:

To be successful as a Central Carolina HVAC Sales Representative you must

· Be able to serve customers with a positive attitude and enthusiasm

· Generate sales to achieve department and capacity goals

· Set and communicate individual goals and works toward goal achievement and growth

· Participate in individual and team meetings and training to improve sales performance

· Communicate well and be able to work in a team environment

· Pride yourself on being professional and drug free

· Able to serve customers throughout the Triad (In and surrounding Greensboro, High Point, and Winston-Salem areas.)

· Have a current driver’s license in good standing

Skills and Experience:

A Central Carolina HVAC Sales Representative will have

· A high school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred

· Applied knowledge of HVAC systems

· Proven track record in sales; two year’s HVAC sales experience preferred

· General financial acumen

· IT competent, experience with Microsoft Office

Pay: From $100,000.00 per year
