RESPONSIBILITIES
A stellar Assistant Buyer Agent must be outgoing, highly responsive, and have great interpersonal skills. As client-facing field support, you will establish rapport with clients and provide a personalized experience to help families identify the perfect purchase to meet their real estate goals, whether it's their next home or property to add to their investment portfolio. Your personality must be infectious and you must be able to communicate and connect with every type of individual. You are a team player who likes to win through others. You seek accountability and work well with deadlines.
Standards a successful performer will maintain or exceed:
- Communicate with clients in a professional and timely manner to identify top motivations/needs, including communicating via phone, email, and text message, depending on client preferences
- Create individualized property searches to identify properties matching client criteria, prepare for showing appointments by reviewing posted documents and available information (ex. Sellers Disclosures, survey, etc.) to ensure they fit client needs, contact the listing agent for additional or pertinent information, and schedule the showings
- Prepare for showing appointments as requested by Lead Buyer Specialist
- Show homes to active, pre-approved, buyer clients, as needed
- Create a positive experience for clients while showing homes
- Update Lead Buyer Specialist and co-op Listing Agent with detailed notes on showings in a timely manner following each appointment
- Attend client walk-through and closings

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Must have or be willing to obtain a Texas Real Estate license (prior Real estate experience not required)
- Follow training plan as provided by The Loken Group
- High sense of urgency/time sensitivity
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Team player with a strong desire to learn from the best
- Natural competitor, possessing sheer grit and the will to succeed
- 1-3 years of customer service experience strongly preferred
- Willingness to prepare for and attend weekly accountability coaching sessions
- Will participate and engage in all meetings and training as requested, both in-person or virtual
- Commit to role-play and mastery of real estate scripts and language patterns that procure successful outcomes
- Perform all reasonable job requests from the company as available
COMPENSATION
- Someone in the role of ASSISTANT BUYER AGENT will earn compensation during training by the Company of $750.00 bi-weekly for a period of no less than 30 business days and no greater than 90 business days. During this period, no commission will be paid
- After the training period, the ASSISTANT BUYER AGENT will receive a base pay of $750.00 bi-weekly and will additionally receive earned commission of 5% from the net commission received by The Loken Group upon closing and funding for sales procurred from buyer leads provided by The Loken Group and represented by the LEAD BUYER SPECIALIST you partner with upon contract closing and funding.
- A gas allowance will also be provided to cover fuel costs travelling to showings and closings.
