The Maria Raymer Team with Re/Max Specialists PV is in the top 1% in the country based on annual Real Trends statistics and local top 1% based on MLS statistics. Our team is comprised of 2 Agents, 2 Admins, and a Transaction Coordinator so you will have thorough support in all aspects of Real Estate.

Real Estate is constantly changing so it's vital to stay current on market statistics, buying/selling power, mortgage rates, and local community information to be able to answer any questions about potential homes. Successful candidates will display drive, a high level of energy, dedication, and a desire for success.

We provide leads that are exclusive to you, marketing materials and sales support, extensive back-office paperwork support, and advanced mentoring from a respected and highly reputable team of motivated individuals. You will build a book of business from team provided leads, your sphere of influence, open houses, and other lead generation strategies. Enjoying hosting Open Houses is a must, plus it'll help you gain buyers. You will have full in-office support from the team admins, saving you valuable time to generate more business. Develop new opportunities within specific geographic regions serviced by our team. A local sphere of influence would be helpful in building your own client base. We are looking for a long term commitment from an individual who wants to build a career with a team.

Compensation is 100% commission-based and dependent on your dedication. Lead follow-up is crucial to increase your sales volume. You will regularly consult with buyer and seller customers to hone in their wants and needs to provide the very best service. Nurturing customer relationships is an important part of our business with a large portion of our customer base coming from referrals and repeat customers.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
