As a Membership Sales Trainer you will focus on inspiring our Team members by teaching them both about the industry and to help attorneys see the value in a LegalMatch Account.

We are looking for a successful, energetic and goal-oriented Sales Trainer to join our growing team. The Sales Trainer ensures that all employees have a thorough understanding of the platform and carry out their responsibilities while achieving their goals. The Sales Trainer reports directly to the Director of Membership. This is an in-office position.

Responsibilities:

• Primary Responsibility includes training and performing QA duties with Sales Teams
• Provides ongoing training that includes updated best practices and strategy; improved messaging; prospecting methods; and ensure adoption of the latest tools and technologies.
• Analyze training needs to develop and improve existing programs
• Be a point of contact for any questions that a team member may have
• Facilitates problem solving and collaboration within team
• Provides necessary business information for team members to close deals
• Helps keep the team focused and on track
• Conducts in-depth needs assessments of potential clients
• Overcomes technical and business objections of potential clients
• Celebrates the accomplishments of their team
• Leads by setting a good example
• Ingoing Quality Assurance of the Sales Team, including but not limited to Monitoring calls

Education and Experience

• Minimum 2+ years in a Sales Trainer/Coaching capacity, 4+ years preferred
• CRM Experience Required - Salesforce CRM preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
