Locks and Pulls, Inc. is a family-owned business based out of Overland Park, KS with an additional location in Kansas City, MO. For over 35 years, Locks and Pulls has been supplying the Kansas City Metro area with upscale decorative door, bath and cabinet hardware. Our company serves both the single-family new construction market in addition to our retail presence with the general public.

Job Description:

The Sales Support Specialist is a new role that requires a high energy individual who is willing to support multiple areas of the business. Responsibilities include:

• Respond to customers requesting order status updates.
• Assist internal purchasing agent with retrieving and matching daily order confirmations.
• Assist internal accountant with matching invoices and packing lists for Accounts Payable purposes.
• Assist Builder and Designer sales representatives with issuing quotes to clients.
• Answer inbound calls from customers.
• Make outbound calls to suppliers to check order/shipping status.
• Produce clear/legible customer order paperwork.
• Excel in customer service and professionalism.

In addition to the above, the ideal candidate would also have knowledge of social media platforms to assist in daily/monthly/weekly postings to our Company sites. Given this is a newly created role, the Sales Support Specialist may be asked to do additional tasks beyond what is listed.

This is a Full-time hourly role, that would eventually become a salaried position commensurate with tenure, performance, and product knowledge.

Annual bonus pay in December for all employees.

Pay: $38,000.00 - $46,000.00 per year
