Position Overview:

As the Appointment Setter / Inside Sales Representative, you are the first point of contact for homeowners who indicate they want to sell their property. You will be responsible for managing all inbound leads and ensuring that they are properly qualified and converted into sales appointments. You will work closely with the sales team to identify and follow up on potential sales opportunities, and persistently working to turn leads in our CRM into qualified appointments.

This position is 100% commission based after initial paid training period.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take inbound phone calls and respond to inquiries from potential clients
• Follow up with leads to ensure they are properly qualified and converted into sales opportunities
• Set appointments for the sales team to meet with potential clients
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all leads and appointments in our CRM
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue potential sales opportunities
• Meet or exceed established lead and appointment conversion goals

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Proven experience in a lead management or inside sales role
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Proven experience with technology and customer relationship management software

Education:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field is preferred

Work Environment:

• Fast-paced office environment
• Occasional evening and weekend work may be required.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
