Progressive Orthodontics Seminars—the largest orthodontic continuing education center—is seeking someone to take the role of “Director of International Sales & Marketing”. The person in this dynamic position will develop and lead our marketing and sales initiatives within in our team-oriented environment.
We are looking for someone that is creative, organized, works well with others and takes initiative. Your work will be diverse, interactive, and rewarding. You will have an active role in developing and executing various aspects in an established but always evolving company. Ultimately, you will help dentists around the world bring better care to their communities so they can give patients healthier, happier smiles.
Responsibilities
- Develop the marketing strategy to create awareness and sales of our education, support and program
- Supervise the USA marketing and sales teams
- Monitor budgets, and use metrics to ensure ROI on marketing investments
- Assist international coordinators in growing their classes and refining their marketing and sales strategies
- Oversee marketing initiatives to drive awareness, new customer acquisition, and client delight and loyalty
- Work with marketing team to develop and execute social media campaigns, blogs, videos, emails, e-books, webinars, magazine ads, press releases, direct mailers, trials and other lead generation content
- Monitor web presence by assisting with SEO, UX strategy, and content development
- Provide recommendations to grow through quantitative analysis and tracking
- Work with other teams to build customer relationships and long term clients
- Use CRM (Hubspot) to implement the marketing and sales funnel process
- Plan, schedule, design and track projects
- Set and monitor sales goals, and provide feedback and training to team
- Collaborate with various members including marketing, Finance, IT, educational coordinator, instructors and CEO to develop cross-functional solutions.
- Oversee the branding and positioning of individual products and overall company
- Some travel may be needed
Communication, marketing, and team work abilities are needed. While experience in Hubspot CRM and dentistry are a plus, these are not a requirement. Initial training will be provided to help you grow with your role.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
