Full description of the position

We are looking for an experienced 220 agent to LEAD our Home Insurance Department to train, sell and service our home insurance products. Home Insurance Specialists are typically successful sales agents/trainers who are also energetic as well as have the ability to coach and develop others.

The candidate must have the following skills:

• Bilingual (English and Spanish)
• At least 1 year of training or supervisory experience
• Once trained, proficient in using our different partners online platforms
• Can execute a training curriculum (when needed)
• Excellent communication skills
• Dedicated to putting our customers first
• Strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to lead and motivate others

Education:

• High school or equivalent

License:

• 220 Insurance License (Required)

Salary plus Bonuses based on performance.

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
