Inside Sales Representative - Bilingual (Portuguese)

Job Function:
Assist in providing direct support to Regional Sales Mangers, Global Distribution Network and Direct Customers in the ongoing development of existing and prospective clients to ensure acheive company sales targets.

Key Focus:

· Build Close Relationship with Distribution Network in order to maintain open communication path to provide quality service and support.

· Build Close Relationship with direct vendor contact through Public Relations in order to provide better delivery times, additional discount, and support.

· Ongoing Training on all product lines in order to provide quality sales and support to Distribution Network and Direct Customers

· Maintains quality service with Sales Director and Regional Directors by establishing an open communication path.

· Contacting and Maintaining Organized Database on New Customers and Sales Leads.

- Overseeing Sales Coordinator and lower management sales team by Providing Training, Product Knowledge, and Distribution of Daily Responsibilities and Communication.

Responsibilities for Inside Sales Representative

• Responsible for product knowledge to answer customer questions
• Greet customers and create rapport
• Responsible closing deals and processing payments
• Responsible for customer follow-up
• Developing leads and referrals
• Create personal marketing plan
• Achieve monthly sales quotas
• Use excellent oral communication and best practices in customer service when interacting with customers

Qualifications for Inside Sales Representative

• 3+ years of customer support sales experience
• Background check, required
• Possess excellent customer service skills
• Must be knowledgeable in Quickbooks
• Excellent oral communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
