Sales Associate
Overview
This position is responsible for assisting guests and selling merchandise in a timely, friendly and efficient manner MODChic's continuing effort to deliver outstanding customer service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards
Functions

• Ensure the highest level of customer care.
• Build relationships with customers
• Help to determine what the customers needs are while also showing the customer items she didn’t even know she needed, but she now wants
• Ensure that each customer leaves with a positive impression, feeling good about herself and already thinking about the next time she will come back to MODChic
• Always answer the phone with proper etiquette
• Help maintain organization and cleanliness of the store
• Assist with merchandising as well as re-stocking when needed
• Manage online platforms as assigned by Supervisor
• Uphold all company policies
• Building sales network
• 30% of Sales Associate time is customer outreach via phone, SMS or email. This should be recorded in assigned notebook
• Assist the sales team with meeting weekly/monthly goals

High school diploma

Min 1 yr Retail sales associate experience

• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• On call
• Weekend availability

Experience:

• Retail Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
