Inside Sales Representative

All-Phase is one of the nation’s largest electrical supply distribution networks, with over 700 locations in the United States. All-Phase is currently looking for an experienced sales representative to join the team in Indianapolis, IN. An ideal candidate would be dependable with the ability to create relationships with customers by offering exceptional customer service. Being able to problem solve and adapt in a fast pace environment is essential. All-Phase emphasizes the importance of integrity and being a team player.

Responsibilities:

• Creating pricing quotes
• Creating purchase orders
• Processing orders
• Completing job information reports
• Filing customer records
• Sales problem resolution
• Answering sales calls
• Calculating percentages, decimals, and discount multipliers
• Researching credit memos
• Building relationships and understanding the needs of customers
• Assisting in any other tasks that may need to be done in order to maintain optimal customer service
