Full description of the position

Responsibilities:

• Develop new and existing carrier relationships
• Provide high level of service and communication between carrier and customer teams to exceed customers expectations
• Vet & qualify carriers to ensure our standards in safety are met
• Stay educated on market trends and provide input to internal teams
• Effectively negotiate rates with carriers to maintain margin integrity
• Maintain data integrity within Freedoms TMS

Tier Commission Structure:

• $0-$24,999 - No commission
• $25,000 - $49,999 - 5% of total margin (75 Load Count Minimum)
• $50,000 - $74,999 - 6% of total margin (150 Load Count Minimum)
• $75,000 + - 7% of total margin (250 Load Count Minimum)

• Minimum requirements by rep:
• $25,000 in margin to qualify for first tier
• Minimum load count needed to qualify

• All numbers are driven off delivered loads within the given month for accounts assigned
• Based and paid monthly trailing 68 weeks for collections

Qualifications:

• Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Ability to handle rejection without despair
• Self-motivated and driven by position and company goals
• Relationship management skills and acceptable to directness feedback
• 2-year or 4-year College Degree preferred, not required
