Kia of Cerritos is hiring for motivated Sales Manager to join our team. The right individual will need to be confident in a fast-paced environment with exceptional managerial, organizational and people skills. Bilingual a plus.

We offer an aggressive pay plan and great work schedule including 2 consecutive days off.

RESPONSIBILITES (include but are not limited to):

• Meet monthly sales objective while sustaining sufficient gross to meet profit objectives.
• Assist in closing deals if necessary.
• Manage, hire and develop sales team.
• Ensure salespeople are informed of all new inventory and current advertising efforts, including rebates and incentives.
• Enhance customer satisfaction during the purchase experience.
• Follow up with current leads and previous un sold customer.
• Solid knowledge of financing procedures and credit options within the auto industry
• Others duties may be assigned by management.

REQUIREMENTS (included but not limited to):

• Must have Automotive Sales Management experience.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and problem solving skills.
• Strong organization skills, ability to multi-task
• Outgoing personality and willing to work with the public on a daily basis.
• Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
• Great attitude with high-energy personality.
• Professional appearance and work ethic.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $10,000.00 - $40,000.00 per month
