WrenchWay is seeking creative, dynamic, and inventive Inside Sales Account Representatives to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fun and fast-paced environment at a growing company. They will also have a passion and drive to expand their knowledge and grow their career in sales. You will work closely with senior leaders in the company and have ample opportunity for growth.

As an Inside Sales Account Representative, you will:

  • Identify and generate new sales opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and emailing
  • Respond to incoming leads from the marketing team
  • Demo our solution through Zoom or other similar online tools
  • Grow business with existing customers
  • Make strategic and profit-based decisions

Our preferred candidate will have:

  • The ability to multitask while paying high attention to detail
  • A self-starting, goal-oriented attitude
  • The aptitude to fearlessly make decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong phone and written communication skills
  • Prior cold calling & B2B sales experience preferred, but not required
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus, but not required. (Some of our best inside sales reps had little industry experience prior to joining. We’ll teach you what you need to know. By no means will you need to become an auto industry expert.)
