What will the Account Manager do?

• Grow revenue of temporary staffing and executive search divisions by partnering with hiring managers
• Establish and maintain relationships with decision makers in Accounting, Finance and Human Resources
• Secure new accounts and grow current book of business
• Conduct face-to-face meetings with decision makers to understand staffing needs and recommend temporary & permanent staffing solutions
• Collaborate with team members to discuss market trends and sell solutions to current clients or prospective clients

What we need in an Account Manager:

• Stable career history
• All backgrounds are welcome to include education, retail, sales, customer service, fitness, car rental, accounting, staffing, etc.
• Bachelors degree is required
• Detail oriented and good interpersonal and organizational skills
