Position Overview
Ed Morse Cadillac is currently seeking an Internet Sales Representative to join our Brandon team!

Brandon, FL

Responsibilities:
  • Computer-savvy automotive salespeople who can engage our Internet clients, both online and in person, to turn leads into sales.
  • Handle all incoming sales calls and Internet leads.
  • Maintain an accurate database with customer information, notes etc.
  • Support on-line customers by establishing rapport, answering questions, providing information, and setting appointments.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Extensive customer service, sales, or telemarketing background
  • Computer literacy, strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
  • High level of energy and professionalism while communicating via phone, text or email
  • Ability to learn and execute phone scripts confidently and fluidly.
  • A strong team player with the ability to work independently.
  • Must successfully complete a background and drug screening.
