Key Responsibilities:

• Leads and manages the performance of frontline employees handling reservations, Mileage Plus inquiries, baggage services, or Customer Relations to achieve key call center performance objectives
• Leads and manages front-line agents to achieve performance objectives through call monitoring, coaching, training, recognition and appropriate performance improvement measures including disciplinary actions
• Administers company and division policies and performs administrative/operational duties as required by job functions

What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):

• High School Diploma, GED or education equivalent
• 1 - 3 years of Call Center experience
• Experience in leading a team
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated organizational and decision-making skills
• PC literate
• Flexible to work any shift
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
• Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
• Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position

What will help you propel from the pack (Preferred Qualifications):

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 1 year Contact Center Leadership Experience
• Experience with MS Word and Excel
• Union relations experience
