Full description of the position

  • Build customer confidence by making the store experience interactive, engaging and reassuring
  • Maximize customer experience by uncovering needs and offering solutions
  • Maintain the visual appeal of the store
  • Ensures customers are greeted and waited on quickly, efficiently and in a pleasant manner
  • Assist in stocking and organizing displays in a professional manner
  • Place orders and collect payment in computer
  • Resolve customer complaints and handle merchandise returns in a pleasant and professional manner
Qualifications
  • Previous retail or customer service-oriented experience helpful
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to lift and/or move heavy objects or to assist in this process
  • Computer skills to ring up orders and collect payment
  • Stand, walk, use hands/fingers, reach outward, bend - Constantly
  • Reach above shoulders, climb (step ladder), squat, kneel, lift/carry/push/pull 10-40lbs-Frequently
