Inside Sales Agent
About this Position
We are looking for experienced and driven sales professionals to join our award winning, top performing sales team. If the idea of making outbound, often cold-calls, to generate and scale your business with a competitive commission structure gets your adrenaline going, you should probably keep reading.
Responsibilities and Duties
This is an in-office position with the majority of the time spent on the phone with prospective buyers and sellers of single family homes in the Greater Houston area. The focus on this role is high volume outbound cold-calling, with an emphasis on high touch point follow up. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Tenaciously prospect, qualify, and follow up with seller and buyer leads on luxury properties in and around the Greater Houston area
- Schedule appointments with qualified leads for Luxury Listing and/or Buyer Specialists
- Utilize strong communication and follow up skills to schedule and coordinate appointments
- Build and manage the sales pipeline through the sales cycle using our CRM
- Build rapport, nurture and cultivate relationships by providing white glove customer service to prospective and recurring clients
Qualifications and Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong phone voice and the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone
- High sense of urgency/time sensitivity
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Team player with a strong desire to learn from the best
- Natural competitor, possessing sheer grit and the will to succeed
- Must have or be willing to obtain a Texas Real Estate license (Real estate experience not required)
- Proven inside sales and cold calling experience highly preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Experience:
- Sales Lead Generators & Telemarketers: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Real Estate License (Preferred)
