Responsibilities and duties:

• Validate and process customer orders
• Understand guidelines and processes and follow while processing
• Responsible for the coordination of activities and the interaction with other departments Finance, Engineering and Transportation Logistics, to ensure shipment are made on time
• Understand and perform functions in accordance company sales policies, rules, etc.
• Support sales department with customer dispute clearing for agreement application and RMA cross shipment evaluation shipment

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• College education or 2+ years of relevant experience preferred
• Fluent in English
• Chinese proficiency in written and verbal form preferred.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business information and correspondences both in English and Chinese.
• Ability to multi-task, responsible and responsive, flexible to the team, and ability to problem solve.
• Self-starter with minimal supervision.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office Apps, email, spreadsheets, word documents.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
