The Opportunity

We are looking for an outstanding Co-working business visionary to spearhead operations in a class A multi-tenant office facility.

We are looking for an experienced and visionary business leader to join our new co-working business. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping people and businesses succeed, a commitment to continuous improvement, and a track record of success in the industry.

As the leader of our co-working business, you will be responsible for starting the business and managing its operations. You will be responsible for setting goals, developing strategies, and executing on plans to drive our business forward. You will also manage our budget and financials, lead our team, and create a culture that encourages growth and innovation.

The Role

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You should be able to think strategically, develop creative solutions, and keep up with industry trends. You should also have experience managing a team, developing relationships with clients, and launching a business.

We have the infrastructure for high end co-working and conferencing centers that can be versatile enough to support businesses, creative leaders, education and training rooms, private meetings, online interactions and accompanied by open cubicle infrastructure. Ideally located off of freeways 90 and 290 in the heart of Schaumburg, IL, this location offers a great canvas for an ideal candidate who can take a startup and thrive. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan to set up a co-working establishment

• Analyze existing infrastructure and make optimum use of resources

• Identify, budget and allocate relevant resources

• Basic knowledge of the technology required to support operations

• Regularly provide insights to the management team on competitive market scenario

• Network building within the Schaumburg community

Knowledge, skills and abilities:

• Prior experience and skill in setting up co-working offices

• Entrepreneurial outlook and solid knowledge of co-working spaces in the Schaumburg market

• Sound knowledge of relevant policies and legislations pertaining to co-working spaces

• Display excellent problem-solving and solid analytical skills

• Positive attitude, good work ethic and a self-motivated team player

• Build and maintain customer relationships

• Must always be an enthusiastic and professional representative of IndusPAD Worldwide

Minimum required qualifications:

· Exceptional organizational and communication skills (both verbal and written).

· Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.

· Available to work extended hours.

· Strong time and team management skills

· Well-groomed with strong people skills and a professional personality

· Valid Drivers License
