We have an opportunity for a kaizen-minded individual to collaborate with key internal partners in ensuring changes are understood, accepted and sustained through thoughtful execution that minimizes negative impacts to our organization.

What you will do:
- As a change partner, help enable the speed of adoption of changes by preparing teams to lead change and applying a structured fit-for-purpose approach to initiatives and projects.
- Coach leaders and project team members in effective change management practices that drive leadership/team alignment, active sponsorship, and workforce engagement.
- Help build change capability across the organization by providing change management and communications advisory to Gas Transmission & Midstream (GTM) personnel for changes they are deploying themselves.
- Create and present content through clear, well-written communication tailored for specific audiences in a variety of media formats.
- Assist in the establishment and growth of the Operational Excellence Change Management function by collaborating effectively with team members and socializing our services to operations personnel, business partners, enterprise transformation teams and dispersed OCM practitioners.
- Support risk management and compliance for Integrated Management System (IMS) processes by:
- Facilitating and enhancing the organizational management of change (OMOC) process.
- Conducting assurance and improvement activities for the role clarity and internal communications processes.
- Collaborate with resources to coordinate change activities and bundling of messages where feasible.
Who you are:
- University degree and related 7 plus years’ experience.
- Experience executing (designing and leading) change management strategies and plans on large projects using a structured approach.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills including consultation, influencing, negotiation, facilitation and conflict resolution.
- PROSCI, PMP, or adult education certifications preferred.
- Familiar with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle.
- Knowledge of regulatory management systems and assurance processes is an asset.
Working Conditions:

- High level of accuracy required.
- Works with other team members based on pre-approved project plans with defined objectives.
- In support of project work, limited regional or North American travel will be required.

Physical Requirements include but are not limited to:
Grasping, kneeling, light – moderate lifting (objects up to 20 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, typing, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement and the ability to sit at a computer for long periods of time.
