Sales Leadership Role

Our business is growing fast and we’re seeking talented independent Agency Coordinators to help maintain the momentum in KANSAS. That includes looking for new Clients, meeting with current Customers, and coaching a small, highly motivated team of Independent Agents. Combined Insurance, a CHUBB company, has been a leader in the voluntary benefits industry for nearly 100 years. In this role, you’ll be asked to:

Grow Individual and Group Sales as well as personal and team sales

Build lasting Customer relationships and grow your team’s book of business

Conduct sales presentations to new and current Customers

Support new agents in the field and help them hit their benchmarks.

Plan meetings with your teamto educate, develop and motivate them

We’re seeking leaders with at least 1-year of experience. You must be extremely motivated, have strong ethics and a burning desire to see others succeed. You need a Life, Accident and Health license too. Yes, it’s challenging. But it’s even more rewarding -- both financially and personally.
