Full description of the position

We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative. A customer service representative, or CSR, will function as a liaison, provide information, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. Customer service representatives can put themselves in their customers’ shoes and advocate for them when necessary. Problem-solving comes naturally to CSR. They are confident at troubleshooting and investigating when they do not have enough information. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, and support high customer satisfaction.

Help with order review for:

• cost and sale price accuracy
• lead-time and order tracking
• product availability

Must have:

• excellent communication skills
• general computer skills, knowledge, and experience with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. It would be a plus if you have had prior experience with QuickBooks

Help with project management:

• New supplier outreach
• Inventory management
• Art changes
• Pricing paperwork
• Digital file organization
• Communicating relevant information to customers on any aspect of order fulfillment within a suitable period.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Organized initiative-taker and motivator
• The ability to make sound business decisions promptly with minimum supervision.
• Assist TPP team by supporting accounts and developing strong customer relationships to support and promote current and future business opportunities
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to diverse types of characters
• Keep records of customer interactions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
