New Expansion - Hiring Immediately for our next training class!

Renuity's Contact Center (RCC) is hiring on-site Sales Representatives for our new Homeowner Relationship call center in Ft Lauderdale, FL. This role offers a competitive hourly base plus uncapped bonuses to earn up to $40,000-$60,000 in your first year.

Responsibilities:
What You’ll Do:

  • Place outbound sales calls from strong/warm generated leads from our various digital media channels
  • Manage leads by tracking, following up, and closing sales to achieve sales and productivity objectives
  • Be the liaison between potential customers as an inside sales representative in our team
  • Perform direct sales and selling techniques for home remodeling and all of our products
  • Help customers set free in-home consultations over multiple contact channels; including both outbound and inbound calls
  • Promotion of company products and services to prospective and existing clients, providing excellent customer service
Qualifications:
What You’ll Bring:
  • Experience doing outbound and inbound calls and previous sales experience- a plus!
  • Providing customers an amazing experience over the phone
  • Excellent computer and phone skills with attention to detail
  • Positivity, Flexibility, Determination and a persuasive personality
  • High energy and willingness to learn
  • Scheduling availability between Mon-Fri 8am to 9pm, with at least 1 weekend day availability:
    • Sat- 8am to 6pm or
    • Sun- 9am to 6pm
