About the Position:

The Sales Support Specialist is responsible for initiating outbound and accepting inbound calls from dealers and sales team members. Work with dealerships to process and complete Dealer Agreements and train the dealer on the Auto Credit programs. Will work closely with our sales team, providing assist in soliciting and onboarding new dealers. This position also works with our Inside Sales Team providing service to our current customers/dealers.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

Essential Duties include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Review and process new dealer applications and agreements in a timely manner.
  • Communicate status and document requirements on pending dealer applications and agreement to the dealer and marketing representative.
  • Maintain dealer application status in the CRM.
  • Upon completion of dealer application, forward application/agreement to management for approval or decline.
  • Keep existing dealer agreements current by obtaining updated license, bond, insurance or other requirements as needed.
  • Manage Auto Count reports, providing updated information to marketing reps on a monthly basis.
  • Assist in marketing efforts by coordinating and sending marketing emails, faxes and mailers as needed.
  • Assist Inside Sales Team with servicing dealers assigned to the Inside Sales Team region.
  • Communicates relevant issues to the appropriate Dealer Services Representative and or escalates accordingly to management.
  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships with marketing and dealership personnel and support internal sales while delivering superior customer service.
  • Works in coordination with all departments at US Auto Credit.
  • Provide best in class service to our dealers.
  • Constant communication with Independent and Franchise dealers on current promotions, marketing information, and training documents.
  • Other duties as assigned.
