OrangeTwist is looking for a Client Ambassador to join our growing team. As a Client Ambassador you will be responsible for managing all inbound/outbound calls, helping with any/all inquiries regarding services and assist with scheduling, and supporting/generating sales.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Represent the company in a positive and professional manner
- Assist all clients with a friendly attitude, complete scheduling process and connect them with the
appropriate OrangeTwist team member
- Answer phones in a courteous and professional and timely manner; takes messages, answer questions,
schedule appointments, or direct call as needed
- Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide alternatives
- Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise.
- Educate clients on OrangeTwist treatments and services.
- Encourage clients to join our membership program and educate on benefits of being a member.
- Support monthly and quarterly marketing promotions
- Respond to client leads through online submission
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
- Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
- Maintain client and staff directory
- Performs general clerical duties including but not limited to filing, photocopying, faxing, organizing and
maintain file system, files correspondence and other records
- Demonstrates a high level of professionalism in dealing with confidential and sensitive issues
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
- 1 - 5 years receptionist or call-center experience
- High school diploma or equivalents
- Exceptional customer service skills and professional phone manner
- Commitment to excellence and high standards.
- Ability and experience in selling; knowledgeable about skill care products
- Computer proficiency; proficient on spreadsheets and word processing documents
- Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to perform diversified clerical functions
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $19.50 per hour
