Estero Shower & Glass, Inc. is seeking an experienced SHOWROOM SALES ASSOCIATE to join our glass & shower door company. Responsibilities:

• Represent ESG as a leader in the glass industry ensuring maximum customer satisfaction.
• Assist customers with a selection of frameless shower enclosures, mirrors, tabletops, shelves, and other interior glass products.
• Respond to phone calls, emails, and online inquiries in an engaging and timely manner.
• Deliver the highest level of attention to homeowners, designers, contractors, and vendors.
• Employ advanced problem-solving skills to maximize customer engagement and assist customers when issues arise.
• Complete sales orders for customers.
• Maintain showroom and office area aesthetics to present a tidy, inviting, space for customers.
• Perform other essential duties as dictated by the needs of the business.

Requirements:

• Glass, Mirror, and Frameless Shower Door knowledge is desirable.
• Strong interpersonal skills including sales and problem solving.
• Proven success in sales and providing excellent customer service (high end preferred).
• Able to work independently as a self-starter to meet assigned goals and objectives in designated time frames.
• Enjoy working in a team environment to service existing customers and develop new relationships.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment with skills to multi-task on different levels.
• Must possess a positive attitude and an eagerness to learn and grow with our Company.
• Must adhere to strict professional standards of loyalty and business ethics.
• Maintain a professional appearance that is fitting of our Corporate environment.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to lift 50lbs or more on a regular basis.
• Candidate must have a valid driver’s license.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Sales: 5 years (Preferred)
• Glass or Mirror: 1 year (Preferred)
• Customer Service: 5 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
