Join our team at Rugged Aluminum Trailers, a subsidiary of FWM Inc., as an Inside Sales Representative and help drive our fast-growing business to even greater success.
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for handling web leads and working with customers throughout the United States. You will be our customer's first point of contact and will play a crucial role in building relationships and closing sales. You will be responsible for Qualifying leads, scheduling appointments and follow-up with customers, and providing information on product features and pricing. Additionally, you will work closely with our production and logistics teams to ensure that orders are processed and delivered in a timely manner.
To be successful in this role, you should have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, a deep understanding of the sales process, ability to work independently and as part of a team and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Experience in the trailer industry is a plus, but not required.
