Busy Northern Bergen County Independent Insurance Agency seeks licensed Property & Casualty candidates for this position. We are looking for motivated leaders with strong management skills and a proven track record of success to play a critical role within our sales organization. Qualifications:

• New Jersey Property & Casualty License is required
• 2+ years of sales experience is required
• Self Starter
• Experience with Prospecting, Networking and New Business Development
• Excellent Verbal Communication
• Strong Attention to Detail
• Spanish Speaking a Plus
• Excellent Organization Skill

Responsibilities:

• Inside Sales
• Complete Applications while ensuring each risk meets our standards and the standards of the carriers we represent.
• Customer Service - Superior Service by promptly responding to our customers inquiries.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients
• Management of Renewals

Additional Compensation:

• Commission
