Full description of the position

MATHESON is one of the nation’s leading suppliers of industrial gases and welding equipment. MATHESON drivers mainly haul cylinders filled with compressed gases and they can also haul welding hard good supplies.

This Package Gas Driver position is local home daily with a Monday thru Friday schedule. You are delivering cylinders of gas to our customers. This work is consistent year-round work with little down periods. Join a company that is serious about being the best and doing the job right!

Requirements:

• CDL Class B license and current DOT medical card
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a professional CDL Class A or B driver or 6 months’ experience with certification from an accredited driving school
• Must have prior experience driving manual 10 speed transmission and be able to pass the road test
• Must Have Hazmat Endorsement
• No more than 1 traffic violation in last 2 years, no at-fault accidents in the last 2 years and no DUI/DWI in last 5 years (1 per lifetime).
