Baker Group MAC is now offering an exciting opportunity in the fast-paced Mergers and Acquisition industry to become an Inside B2B Sales Representative in our Overland Park, KS office. This position starts with a base salary while also allowing a hard-working, self-motivated individual with significant earning potential through commission-based pay.

Baker Group MAC is a middle-market Mergers and Acquisitions firm that represents business owners as they go through the process of selling their business. Strong interpersonal skills will be key in this position as you work to develop relationships with business owners around the country in an effort to sign them on with our services. In this B2B sales position, the representative will pursue leads generated in-house through telephone and email conversations, informing business owners about our services and the significant activity in the Mergers and Acquisition space. Our service is risk-free to business owners as there is no up-front cost when they sign up. Positive and consistent communication along with a self-motivated attitude will help a qualified candidate be successful in this role. Prior sales experience is preferred, but not required.

Duties

• Prospecting business owners of small to middle market companies

• Meet with owners of target companies

• Engage in relationship-based selling

• Maintain an adequate sales funnel to generate a consistent flow of new clients

• Meet defined performance metrics for both activities and results

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
