Job Description

We are seeking an experienced STRATEGIC ACCOUNT DIRECTOR to join our Leadership Team. This individual plays a critical role in building relationships with significant clients. Our ideal candidate should ensure client satisfaction and be able to identify new opportunities to increase sales. As a Strategic Account Director, you will be representing our company and interact with major clients. Ultimately, you should be responsible for achieving sales quota and strategic account targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Proven success managing a key accounts portfolio
  • Establish strong, long-term client relationships
  • Communicate with major clients on a regular basis and respond to specific queries
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Sales or a relevant field
  • Top-notch computer proficiency (Excel is a MUST)
  • Strong work-ethic and ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment
  • Experience Developing project development and tracking plans
  • Solid track record building relationships with major accounts
  • Ability to work full-time, on-site in a collaborative team environment (no remote positions are available)
  • Strategic planning
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and strategies
  • Managing Sales Performance Metrics
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and forecasts

Requirements:

  • BS degree in sales, Business Administration, or relevant field preferred
  • Hands on experience with Account management systems
  • Solid sales experience in B2B environment
  • Proven work experience as a Strategic account manager or Key account manager
