POSITION SUMMARY

K&E Flatwork is expanding its resources within the concrete repair/replacement industry. We are searching for a highly motivated and qualified person to continue building this 18-year-old company that has proven success. This position offers a base salary of $40,000.00 with a commission structure that will not be capped. This person will have the flexibility and responsibility of managing their own workloads while achieving predicted results. The sales rep will be expected to generate and pursue leads. Along with reporting to the commercial sales manager to produce awarded contracts, they will be required to work with the operations team to efficiently complete a successful and profitable project. MUST LIVE IN THE KANSAS METROPOLITAN AREA.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES.

• Meet with potential clients on-site to discuss project needs.
• Construct and complete detailed takeoffs/maps to create accurate and transparent estimates.
• Produce proposals using estimating software, spreadsheets, and maps to be submitted for approval to the commercial sales manager prior to presenting to the client.
• Work closely with the operations team and the client during all phases of the project to ensure all expectations are being met.
• Work with the commercial sales manager to acquire reasonable and sufficient workloads for the operations division to be successful.
• Review, red-line, and approve any contract requirements on work and purchase orders.
• Obtain, submit and manage all product submittals required for a specific project and coordinate with the operations team during the course of the job.
• Attend weekly scheduling meetings to discuss critical path/project activities and start dates with the operations team.
• Monitoring and account management of receivables.
• Communicate with commercial sales manager on future projects and activities within the market.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

· Capability of working remotely is expected.

· Reliable personal transportation is required.

· Sales experience required.

· Proficient in Excel, construction estimating, and word docs.

· E-Verify and drug test.
