Licensed Sales Agent
SALES Office and remote options available based on experience and tenure

PURPOSE OF POSITION

Assist in planning, measuring and implementation of business development. Sales producers are also responsible for assisting in management of specific processes as well as servicing existing clients.

Strong marketing and lead acquisition program. Great environment. Base salary plus strong commission and bonus opportunity.

LICENSING REQUIREMENTS--P&C in Texas through TDI. Must obtain Texas Property and Casualty license.

MINIMUM PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS

Will be determined by agent and staff and updated monthly. Minimum sales quotas on P&C premium on a sliding upscale and commensurate with marketing spend for lead acquisition & 2 kept life appointments monthly to receive bonus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
