The Customer Service Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting our customers and sales team. This multi-faceted position includes a wide variety of duties ranging from placing inventory orders to invoicing customers. Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail will be key characteristics of the successful candidate. The role will be based at the corporate office in Ponte Vedra, FL.

• Enter sales order information and invoice customers using NetSuite ERP
• Provide support to all internal and external customers including general information inquiries via phone and email
• Prepare and distribute quote requests & product approval packets for the sales team and distributors
• Onboard new distributors; facilitate the setup of new customers;
• Work with the Quality Department to accurately complete Product Experience Reports
• Process returns and credits according to established department policies and procedures

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Three (3) years experience in a team-focused office setting supporting sales
• Medical device industry knowledge a plus
