Full-Time Business Development Representative

We are seeking an experienced and customer service oriented BDC Representative to join our team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Generate appointments by means of outbound prospecting and lead activity management to qualify and market to potential customers
• Attract potential clients and retain current customers by answering questions received via phone/internet
• Responsible for follow-up calls
• Be professional and well-spoken- ability to build positive relationships with customers over the phone or via email
• Develop proficiency with all features of the CRM software and our products
• Meet and exceed goals each monthly and quarter

REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of Google docs, sheets, etc. a plus
• Time management, prioritization skills are required
• Self-motivated and goal oriented
• Ability to hit sales quotas and closing percentages
• Must be able work well under pressure
