As a Commercial Agency Producer, you will work with prospective business clients to generate coverage options that best fit the operations and needs of their particular business. Salary Range: $60000.00 - $100000.00 per year

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Develop commercial insurance quotes, conduct sales presentations, and close sales.
• Call prospective customers by telephone or face-to-face, automatic dialing systems, and other internet technologies.
• Grow sales revenue by utilizing phone, email and client lists.
• Customer service to our commercial trucking clients as needed.

• 2 years experience in commercial trucking insurance sales.
• Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
• Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
• Be capable of handling customer rejection.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Property & Casualty insurance license is required for both Missouri and Kansas.
