SALES & DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST

Liyan McAteer, LLC. is an emerging women’s apparel company located in Carmel, Indiana. The brand is inspired by vintage designs to offer women luxury and quality, with perfectly cut pieces that can be worn forever, and at an accessible price.

Job Summary

We’re looking for a results-driven sales specialist with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. They will develop marketing campaigns, write promotional materials, and track performance of these campaigns with relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPI). They will also strategize, optimize, and utilize psychology to help the business make the most out of our digital presence online. Whether it’s via content marketing, social media, or ad campaigns they would work to strike the deepest connection possible between the business and the potential customers.

Skills and Qualifications:

The preferred candidate will have:

• A degree in Marketing with relevant experience in online marketing and sales.
• Experience developing online marketing campaigns with SEO and SEM management.
• Ability to create and implement sales & marketing plans.
• Solid knowledge of online marketing tools and best practices.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to do forecasting using KPIs.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and selling skills.
• Experience in Google Search Ad Experience, Google Analytics.
• Ability to work in marketing automation platforms and email marketing services.
• Proficiency with Google Suite and MS Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge in basic aspects of fashion design, and able to help in designing graphics for promotional materials as needed.
• Ability to think both creatively and quickly, while troubleshooting marketing campaigns across a variety of platforms.
• Ability to do Copywriting.
• Strong organizational skills and be detail oriented.

Responsibilities of the Position Include:

• Create and implement sales strategies and marketing plans.
• Set sales goals and monitor performance.
• Develop, execute, and monitor various marketing campaigns through various marketing cycles.
• Write promotional materials for the website and social media posts.
• Research and communicate with the rest of the team to customize marketing campaigns for specific seasons or launches.
• Measure data effectiveness and provide analytical insights to drive placements and sales.
• Support strategic business planning.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
